    Plitvice Lakes National Park is one of the oldest national parks in Southeastern Europe and the largest national park in Croatia, which is added to the register of UNESCO’s cultural heritage in 1979. You will walk through the wooden bridges that have been set over 16 cascades and you will also see Veliki Slap, the largest waterfall in Croatia (78 m high). This tour will take you to the most beautiful European park, protected by UNESCO since 1979, as a World Natural Heritage. In NP Plitvice nature has created 16 lakes and connected them by amazing travertine waterfalls. The National Park covers the surface of 29685 ha, where lakes take up to 200 ha, while forest covers the rest of the park.     Explore Split and its surroundings bikes Marjan (pronounced "MARyan") is a hill on the peninsula of the city of Split, largest city of Croatia's Dalmatiaregion. It is covered in a dense Mediterranean pine forest and completely surrounded by the city and the sea, making it a unique sight. Originally used as a park by the citizens as early as the 3rd century, it is a favorite weekend excursion destination and a recreational center for the city.
